Program Description

BEAMS SMS messages provide transactional and operational notifications for building envelope alerting and account administration. Messages may include weather episode warnings, critical alerts, monitoring updates, completion notices, daily, weekly, or monthly summaries, account notices, system notices, and billing notices when applicable.

The BEAMS SMS program is operated by Sprayfoam Southwest, Inc. dba Global Roofing Group.

BEAMS and BEAMS.inc, including the beams.inc domain, are trademarks or service marks of Sprayfoam Southwest, Inc. dba Global Roofing Group.

Opt-In

You may opt in through BEAMS notification settings, an organization-managed onboarding flow, or another consent flow presented by BEAMS or your organization. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring BEAMS SMS messages at the mobile number you provide. The BEAMS SMS opt-in flow is described at BEAMS SMS Opt-In.

Message Frequency And Cost

Message frequency varies based on your properties, alert activity, notification preferences, and organization settings. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out And Help

Reply STOP to opt out of BEAMS SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, we may send one message confirming your opt-out. To resume messages, follow the BEAMS opt-in flow or reply START where supported.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent status are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the BEAMS Privacy Policy.
