BEAMS is operated by Sprayfoam Southwest, Inc. dba Global Roofing Group to provide building envelope alerting, weather event monitoring, and operational notification workflows. We collect and use information needed to operate BEAMS, administer user access, deliver alerts, support customers, and maintain security and audit records.

BEAMS and BEAMS.inc, including the beams.inc domain, are trademarks or service marks of Sprayfoam Southwest, Inc. dba Global Roofing Group.

Information We Process

BEAMS may process account information, business contact details, assigned building or property access, weather alert preferences, notification preferences, delivery contact points such as email addresses and phone numbers, audit records, and support communications.

SMS And Mobile Messaging

If you opt in to BEAMS text messages, we use your mobile number to send the BEAMS notifications you request or that your organization configures for you, including weather alerts, episode status updates, account notifications, system notices, and billing notices when applicable.

Mobile opt-in data and consent records are used only to provide BEAMS messaging. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or SMS consent status with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited information with service providers, carriers, and communication platforms only as needed to operate, secure, route, and support BEAMS messages, comply with law, prevent abuse, and honor opt-out requests.

Choices

You can manage BEAMS notification preferences in the application when that feature is available to your account. You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your properties, alert activity, and selected preferences.
